At this stage you need to specify a folder where the resultant forms will be located.

  •  Saving to Local Folder

             In order to save your forms to a local folder you just need to type the path to this folder in "Local folder" field. You can also browse the path by clicking at the button nearby.

    NOTE! The forms saved to a local folder at your PC are meant for future uploading them to FTP. You cannot view them as they won't be displayed in a proper way. The forms will be displayed correctly only after you upload them to FTP.

    NOTE! If you save your resultant files to a local folder with intension for future uploading them to FTP, previously you should grant necessary permissions (read, write, execute) for TMP folder which can be found here:

  •  In order to save forms to your web-page you need to set FTP Connection.

    You need to specify your Hostname, Port, Username and Password if needed (this information is required to connect to your FTP). You can try to set test connection clicking at the appropriate button. In the field "Your index page" the address of your web page is displayed. You can also make changes in the address manually.

    In order to browse the path to Your remote folder click the button nearby.

    NOTE! When choosing an FTP folder, please, remember that data contained in the folder can be lost after placing your resultant forms there. Make sure that there is no data saved in this folder!

  •   In order to establish connection from PHP to MySQL database "Web DB connect" parameters should be set. Parameters for MySQL database must be the same as you specified at Destination stage. Otherwise, resultant forms will be presented as an empty page in web browser.


  • Click "Next >" to continue.
