When you click Foreign Keys all the foreign keys contained in the table are displayed in the right panel.
Clicking on a foreign key allows you to view specific information about this foreign key.
In the "Foreign key options" group you can rename the selected foreign key. Choose an appropriate name from the list by pressing control arrow or type a new name in "Name" edit box.
